Using Eventlasting
Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using www.eventlasting.org and Eventlasting’s sponsorship matching, introductions, and coaching services. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
1. The service
Eventlasting helps nonprofits and brands identify potential event and community partnership opportunities. We may provide research, coaching, introductions, and related coordination. We do not act as an agent, broker, legal adviser, financial adviser, or representative of either party unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and must provide accurate information. You agree not to misuse the Site, submit unlawful or misleading content, impersonate another person or organization, interfere with Site security, or use information obtained through the service to harass, spam, or harm others.
3. Submissions and introductions
You authorize Eventlasting to use the information you submit to evaluate opportunities, contact you, and make relevant introductions. You are responsible for having the authority to share information about your organization, event, company, or other people.
An introduction is not an endorsement, guarantee, commitment to sponsor, or promise that a partnership will occur. Each nonprofit and brand is responsible for its own due diligence, negotiations, agreements, representations, and performance.
4. Fees and third parties
Our service is currently free for nonprofits. Any fees for other services will be clearly disclosed before you agree to them. Third-party services, including Tally and GoDaddy, may have their own terms, fees, and privacy policies. Eventlasting is not responsible for third-party services or for agreements made directly between a nonprofit and a brand.
5. Content and intellectual property
The Site and its original content, branding, designs, and materials belong to Eventlasting or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit, while granting us the limited permission needed to operate and promote the service.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy or completeness of information, the quality or conduct of any user, or that a sponsorship or partnership will result. You should obtain professional advice for legal, tax, financial, insurance, or regulatory questions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventlasting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Site or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Suspension, termination, and changes
We may suspend or end access to the Site or services if you breach these terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. General terms and contact
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These terms and disputes relating to the service are governed by the laws applicable to Eventlasting’s place of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact Eventlasting through the form on the Site with questions about these terms.
